Description:
Discover a newfound freedom in movement. This fun, experiential series focuses on restorative, injury-free movement for people who want to deepen their self awareness, release unnecessary tension and feel better in their body.

Description:
In this class, we'll practice a range of movements from lying on our back, front, all fours, sitting, and transitioning to standing with mindful awareness. Our focus will be on exploring essential movements and developing a deepened sense of self-awareness. The teachings of The Alexander Technique will provide you with a transformative learning process, enabling you to make intentional choices that bring about positive change in your movement quality. As a result, you'll experience greater coordination, ease, and a sense of integration between your physical and mental states. To apply our newfound knowledge, each class will end with practical activities and movement games that help you embody and integrate what you've learned.

To Bring: Yoga mat, yoga strap if you have, water, blanket if needed

Description:
Develop agency for clearer connections, learn a mindful state to stay with yourself and check in with your body before taking actions or making choices. We perceive the world through how it changes us and by deepening your self awareness you empower yourself to connect with what you are doing as you do it. In this workshop we will explore what it’s like to have a more unified field of awareness and restore a sense of wholeness allowing connection with yourself, others, and your environment in a new way. Together we’ll learn a practice for stay with ourselves as we respond to any situation.
