Gratitude
Elizabeth brings so much to her practice – intuition, kindness, creativity, humor, and deep knowledge about the body, the mind, and the spirit. She also brings her own special gifts that are grounded in both Alexander Technique and Craniosacral Balancing but something more than either. I’ve seen her every few weeks for years. What started as treatment for a repetitive strain injury has become a way of living for me. Exploring and learning and being with Elizabeth has taught me to notice patterns of moving, holding, thinking, and feeling; to recognize when something needs or wants to shift; to navigate the changes; and to move toward ease and alignment.

“I’ve been exposed to Alexander Technique before, but only when I got to Elizabeth’s class did I realize how deep it can go. Even though I don’t have time to attend class every week, the things I learned from Elizabeth are true assets that I carry with me everywhere I go. These are slow paced, gentle exercises that help you relearn what it means to be in your body, and the kinds of unnecessary tensions you can let go.”

“I so look forward to time with Elizabeth, whether it’s an individual session or a sweet half hour of pure relaxation, in a shared online group. Knowing that I am entering a space held by Elizabeth, means an invitation for me to pause and find deep quiet inside and out. As I listen to Elizabeth’s soothing words, I breathe into the request that I “sense an area”, soften it, and move to the next area that may need my attention. I love that now I can bring a level of ease and comfort into my day. ”
“I have been taking Elizabeth’s Alexander Technique classes for a few years. I have been diagnosed with Osteopenia and have to be careful with how I move. Her class has taught me how to move with ease and how to be aware of what my body can do. Her gentle approach is another asset to her class. I highly recommend attending her class. Your body will thank you for it.”
